Updates to Kick Tolerance for iPhone and Ipad (release 2.2) submitted to the iTunes App Store

New in this release: 

1. iOS5 tested;
2. Improvements with data input: now there is no need to tap [done] for each entry, just on the last text field.
3. Option to select Vertical or Directional Well;
4. Option to select unit systems: Metric, SI, Field1 (Imperial) and Field2 (mix);
5. Improvement with save/load data file.
